Note: This page was last updated in 2020. Due to the ever-changing market and
the vast amount of time it requires online to stay informed in used cloth
diaper sale groups, I will not be able to provide future updates. Your
best best is to search for the brands you are selling on Facebook
and Ebay and see what prices they are currently going for.
– Anne Marie, October 2023
If you have secondhand cloth diapers to sell, use this page to search by brand and style to help you price them according to averages taken from the current market.
This guide does NOT include prices for: WAHM diapers, re-labeled “Alva” diapers, limited edition prints (i.e. “unicorn diapers”), new-with-tags diapers, and accessories like sprayers and wet bags.
PREFOLDS AND FLATS: Use the quick guide below instead of searching by brand.
- Prefolds (cotton) typically sell for $0.50 to $1.00 each in lots.
- Prefolds (bamboo/cotton) are $1.00 to $2.00 each.
- Flats (cotton) typically sell for $0.50 each in lots.
- Flats (bamboo/cotton) are $1.00 each in lots.
CLOTH DIAPERS BY BRAND – A to Z
Suggested prices are for snap-closure diapers in very good to excellent condition with original insert (if applicable). You will need to adjust the price (up or down) for the following:
-
- Cost of postage
- Hard to find or limited edition prints
- Flaws that decrease value (stains, wear, loose elastic, etc.), or missing parts/pieces
- Lower price per diaper if you are selling in a lot/group
- Diapers with hook and loop/aplix closure (in most cases)

CONDITION ABBREVIATIONS
- New Without Tags (NWOT) or New With Tags (NWT) – brand new, in or out of packaging, never prepped or used, no flaws
- Like New Condition (LN) – either prepped only or used only once but with no signs of use
- Excellent Used Condition (EUC) – may look like new upon first glance; any flaws must be very minor or not readily noticeable, tight elastics, fully functioning waterproof components, no stains, and no lint or pilly velcro.
- Very Good Used Condition (VGUC) – may have small or very faint stains, may have slight reduction in functionality (i.e. elastic and velcro are at 75% or less), fully functioning waterproof components, shows some typical wear but nothing significant and has a lot of life left.
- Good Used Condition (GUC) – may have noticeable staining, elastic or velcro are noticeably weaker but still functioning, waterproof components are functional but may fail sooner rather than later.
- Well-Loved/Needs Repair – diapers in this category may have any number of flaws or issues that render them unreliable. They might still be waterproof but have shot elastic. Or the elastics may be good but the PUL is delaminated. Snaps might be missing; velcro may not stick at all.

Would you make an updated list? Thank you!

Hi Brittany, thanks for asking! Due to the ever-changing market and the time it requires to be in a lot of used diaper swap groups, I won’t be able to keep the list updated anymore. – Anne Marie
