GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Refer to each giveaway’s entry form (i.e. Rafflecopter) for terms specific to the promotion. Here are some general terms and conditions which apply to all giveaways on my blog or Facebook page:

• Wondering where your prize is? Please allow a reasonable amount of time before inquiring. Ten business days is the minimum, but depending on the client I’m working with, or on available stock, it could take 4 weeks or more. If it’s coming from Canada to the US, that can also delay.
• Zephyr Hill Blog is not liable for any technical failures during a giveaway. This includes connection problems, entry form malfunctions, and problems on social media (all of which are beyond my control). If you are getting an error on my actual website, please contact me so I can troubleshoot. Screenshots are helpful!
• The Zephyr Hill blog is not liable if a sponsor does not fulfill a prize obligation. But I’ll help if I can! If your package was lost, stolen or damaged, I can follow up with the sponsor and see what their policy is, but no guarantees can be made that it will be re-sent.
• For prizes provided personally by me (Anne Marie), tracking info will be provided upon request, but lost or stolen prizes, and packages damaged by the postal service, cannot be re-sent. In the event that any of those three things happens (no issues to report so far in 9 years!), I will be happy to mail a complimentary tote bag and pen to you as a “consolation prize.”
• There is a limit of no more than 1 win per person/household within a 6 month period.
