All-in-Ones definitely make cloth diapering a lot easier. They are the closest you can get to the convenience of a disposable because there’s nothing to fold, nothing to stuff and no “moving parts.” This month, we gave Wink’s organic bamboo AIO diaper a test drive, and will share the results with you today.
Oh, and as an affiliate of Wink, I can offer you a special discount of 20% off everyday on your purchases! Use code ZEPHYR20 for the savings. In case you’re curious, that means you can get $5.20 off the organic bamboo diaper I am reviewing today.
Now let’s take a closer look!
Thanks to all the snaps, this diaper has an expansive size range from very small to toddler sized.
Wink diapers have elasticized gussets at the legs AND at the back. Both can help to guard against leaks and blowouts. It also gives this diaper a cute profile from behind. 🙂
Inside there are two sewn-in bamboo inserts, one up front and one at the back. They overlap and lie flat when you put the diaper on your baby. The suggested size range for this diaper is 8 to 35 pounds, and there are four size settings using the front rise snaps.
Fit and Performance
Somewhere in the 50th to 60th percentile for weight and height, Camille is one year old and 20 pounds right now, so that might give you an idea of the fit and size range of this diaper. She still has two snap settings to go. Her legs are chubby so I have to be careful about the gussets being too tight in that area, or they leave uncomfortable red marks.
With two multi-layer bamboo inserts included, Wink’s bamboo AIO is highly absorbent, making it ideal for a nap diaper or for errands (when you may not be able to change as often). Multiple fabric layers do translate into a longer dry time, however.
The organic bamboo AIO comes with a 12-month warranty and like all Wink products has been tested, labeled, and tracked according to the CPSIA regulations.
The organic bamboo components of this diaper are certified to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 and the CPSIA. Bailey, the owner of Wink Diapers, is committed to fair trade practices in sourcing all of her fabrics.
Cloth Pads
And don’t forget Wink Diapers now sells reusable bamboo terry pads – and you can get 20% off them as well with my code ZEPHYR20. These are some of the best prices you’ll find out there! Sizes available are 6 inches, 9 inches and 12 inches. Each has one layer of organic bamboo terry and two layers of microfiber, with a soft waterproof minky backing.
Clearance Diapers
Wink is clearing out bamboo pockets with velcro closure, so the price is now down to $14.99. AND, you can get an additional 20% off with my code ZEPHYR20.

I really like that the design & fabric choice of this diaper, except for the flap in back. I can see where it would help save clothing from a blowout, but in my experience a blowout happens so seldom in a cloth diaper that I would just find it annoying.

The AIO looks really interesting! I have a number of their OS covers from when they first started. I find them really easy to stick a prefold or insert in. They fit both my skinny minny and my chunker! I’d love to try the AIO at some point and see how they compare!

I love the bamboo. I find bamboo really does help keep my little heavy wetter dry during nap time.

The design of the leg gussets looks great. I don’t think I would like the back elastic with that extra fabric, looks like it would be awkward under pants. I do like it that cloth diaper brands are now starting to offer cloth menstrual pads.

I’ve never tried Wink diapers before, but I sure do love AIOs!
