Fairies, Knights, Princesses and More Costume Fun

Our 7 children dress up year-round, right down to little baby Ingrid! Colour-a-Cape retails for $22 (USD) and comes with a set of 8 non-toxic, water-based markers. The ink comes off the skin with soap and water, but will stay on for several machine washings. It’s reversible, so your little fairy can showcase the colored side, or the purple satin side.

There’s a large area to cover, so Catherine (our 11-year-old) helped her little sister to color it all.

The result is so bright and beautiful! Susanna (4 years old) loves that her cape has been custom-colored, and she wears it daily. I love that it’s so well made, and long enough for a very elegant look. As a bonus, Susanna will be able to wear this cape and enjoy it for years (that is, if we don’t abuse it too much in the wash!).
